1. Return Window

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before the return period expires so we can review the request and provide instructions where applicable.

2. How to Request a Return

Email service@ravqelunizo.com with your order number, checkout email address, product name, and reason for return. If there is a product issue, include relevant photos or video and, where relevant, images of the shipping label and packaging.

3. Return Condition

For preference-based returns, items must be unused, complete, unaltered, and in their original condition with all included components, accessories, labels, and inserts. Use original protective packaging where reasonably possible.

Items must be suitable for inspection and resale, and proof of purchase is required. Opening the shipping package alone does not automatically make an item ineligible.

4. Minor Variations

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or weight may result from lighting, display settings, materials, or production processes and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

If a product is accurately described but does not suit your preferred appearance or intended use, the request will generally be treated as a preference-based return.

5. Authorized Return Address

Do not send a return until you receive approved return instructions. Our business address and the sender address on a parcel are not automatically authorized return locations.

Unauthorized returns or parcels sent to an incorrect location may be delayed, rejected, lost, or ineligible for processing.

6. Exclusions

Preference-based returns may be excluded for customized or personalized products, gift cards, and items clearly identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase.

Items altered, misused, damaged for reasons unrelated to an original fault, or returned with missing components that prevent inspection may also be ineligible. These exclusions do not remove mandatory rights relating to defective, incorrect, or misdescribed products.

7. Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order promptly and report damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description, and relevant evidence.

Retain the item and packaging during review. Where a store error is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, reshipment, refund, or return solution without additional costs caused by that error.

8. Return Shipping and Refunds

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. Where a store error is confirmed, you will not be charged additional return costs caused by that error. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After an eligible returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

9. Exchanges and Cancellations

Exchanges depend on stock availability and product eligibility. If a direct exchange is unavailable, we may ask you to complete an eligible return and place a new order.

For cancellations, contact us immediately. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun. There is no cancellation fee for an order successfully canceled before fulfillment.

10. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where applicable law provides additional remedies or a longer period, those rights remain available.
