1. Scope and Acceptance

By using our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable store policies, subject to mandatory law.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age required to enter into a purchase contract where you live. You agree to provide accurate and current information for your account, billing, delivery, and support requests.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. Review each listing for dimensions, materials, compatibility, included components, color, features, care information, and intended use before purchase.

Photos are representative. Minor differences in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or weight may result from lighting, display settings, materials, or production processes.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, verification, and availability checks. We may refuse or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, a material listing or pricing error, shipping restrictions, legal requirements, or an inability to fulfill the order.

If payment has been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly displayed. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, discounts, and the final total are shown at checkout.

You must be authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment authorization and security checks may apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing generally takes 2–4 business days and may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Estimated U.S. transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact us before returning an item. After receipt, inspection, and approval, refunds are generally initiated within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. No cancellation fee applies if an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Inspect orders promptly and report damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products within 7 calendar days after delivery, with your order number and relevant evidence.

Where a store error is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by that error. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

9. Promotions

Promotions and discount codes may have eligibility conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum order requirements, and usage limits. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

10. Product Use and Compatibility

Use products only for their stated purposes and follow product instructions and care guidance. Product descriptions are general information and do not guarantee a specific performance level, durability period, or suitability for every camera or photography setup.

11. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Website text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other protected content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. You may use the website for lawful personal shopping but may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

Reviews and submissions must be lawful and accurate. You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it to operate, improve, and promote our services, subject to applicable law.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not commit fraud, use unauthorized payment information, interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, improperly collect information about others, infringe rights, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

13. Third-Party Services and Events Outside Our Control

Our store uses Shopify and other third-party services, which may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, outages, or government measures, may affect service or fulfillment.

14. Disclaimers, Liability, and Applicable Law

To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or outcomes beyond the descriptions and commitments expressly provided. Any limitation of liability applies only where lawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are subject to applicable law and its mandatory consumer protections.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and show the revised date above. The version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that order, subject to applicable law.
